A 93-year-old Saanich woman suffered non-life threatening injuries Tuesday morning after a 19-year-old driver from Surrey, B.C. had backed her vehicle into her.
Woman spent a few minutes trapped under a car at University Heights this morning until she was freed by first responders.

The incident happened at around 11:20 a.m. in the parking lot of the Save-On-Foods location part of the University Heights mall at the corner of Shelbourne Street and McKenzie Avenue.
B次元官网网址淭he pedestrian was knocked over and hit her head on the ground,B次元官网网址 said Sgt. Jereme Leslie.
The driver of the vehicle stayed on scene and cooperated with the investigators, he said.
Crews later transported the pedestrian to a local area hospital with what Leslie described as B次元官网网址渘on-life threatening injuries.B次元官网网址 No charges are pending at this time, he said.
