West Shore RCMP officers have arrested two suspects believed to be involved in a string of break-ins in the West Shore.

At least five break-and-enters targeted storage lockers and vehicles in secure underground parking garages between Feb. 1 and March 5, all overnight with a variety of maintenance equipment, power tools and, in one instance, several firearms.

Two happened in View Royal at the same apartment building, and the others were in Langford at two separate apartment buildings.

West Shore RCMPB次元官网网址檚 Crime Reduction Unit identified some suspects and obtained search warrants for two separate properties, one in View Royal and the other in Langford, leading to the seizure of many of the stolen items including several firearms.

Two male suspects, ages 25 and 34 years old, were arrested in late March and were released on strict conditions to not have any contact with each other, abide by a curfew and are banned from possessing firearms.
