Wastewater treatment Innovation Days happening at Royal Roads

Technologies proposed for wastewater treatment facility are being presented to the public this week

This week sees West Shore residents engaged yet again with the continuing progression of finding a wastewater treatment strategy for the Capital Region which has been mandated by the federal government.

Beginning today and running through Thursday (April 28, 29 and 30) from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Royal Roads UniversityB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s Learning and Innovation Centre, the technology companies who responded to the Westside Solutions Request for Technical Information will be presenting their submissions during an event being billed as .

It is expected that there will be a total of seven presentations over the three days B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·“ each presentation lasting about an hour with question and answer periods to follow B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·“ and the public is invited. Space at the venue is limited, however, so viewing is available on a first come, first served basis.

For those unable to attend but would like to view the presentations as they happen, they will be webcast live at . The presentations and Q&As, along with relevant links and informational materials will also be uploaded to westsidesolutions.ca after the event concludes.
