The Englishman River is swelling with water as heavy rains have fallen over the past two days.
Other reports of flooding have been made for Price Road near Errington Road, and pooling of water at the 5100 block of Highway 19A in the Dashwood area.

We contacted Mainroad and they were on it pretty quick and what weB次元官网网址檝e heard itB次元官网网址檚 cleared up.B次元官网网址

Arrowsmith Search and Rescue president Nick Rivers said members are observing trouble spots in the area, but that no one is in need of rescuing yet.

Rivers said SAR members are ready to respond to flooding at a momentB次元官网网址檚 notice.
He said two main areas of concern are Martindale and the Little Qualicum River, as residents are located near to the banks of the rivers in those areas.

He also said SAR members are keeping a watch out for people gathered to take a look at flooding and surging rivers. He asked that people take a moment to consider if they are safe where they are watching from, as riverbanks can get washed away, or large debris pushed up suddenly on to them.
