Victoria police are enlisting the publicB次元官网网址檚 help in tracking down Mark Peter Bell, 47.
Bell has been the subject of an outstanding warrant since September 2011 and has eluded police since. He is considered a risk to youth 16 and under and is known to have camped in parks in the region.
Bell is 6B次元官网网址�1,B次元官网网址� 200 pounds and balding and sometimes dresses as a woman, with a dark-coloured wig.
