A 22-year-old man yelling at the top of his lungs in the middle of Shelbourne Street prompted some Oaklands residents to take action.

Victoria police were called to investigate around 4 a.m. on Sunday (Jan. 15), and learned the man was upset over a recent argument he had with his girlfriend.

B次元官网网址淭he couple was inside a taxi when the argument started, but owing to the young manB次元官网网址檚 level of intoxication he passed out before the issue could be settled,B次元官网网址� Victoria Deputy Police Chief John Ducker wrote on the departmentB次元官网网址檚 operations blog.

B次元官网网址淗e awoke later to find himself alone in the cab - his girlfriend gone. Frustrated, he then decided to wake up the entire neighbourhood.B次元官网网址�

The manB次元官网网址檚 mother, an Oak Bay resident, was called to come and take her son home.

No criminal charges are being considered.
