A View Royal woman who has been missing since Saturday, Dec. 1 has been located by West Shore RCMP.
Officers found Alicia Patricia Conway at around 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 5.
"The West Shore RCMP wishes to thank the public and the media for their assistance in locating Ms. Conway," reads a RCMP press release.
Conway had been missing since she left her home on Saturday, Dec. 1.
The woman, approximately 65 years old, was spotted on Island Highway walking towards Helmcken Road and also in downtown Victoria. She was wearing a black duster-style coat, a black baseball cap and black boots, and was carrying a small black bag.
"West Shore RCMP are concerned for Conway's safety and would like to locate her to ensure her well-being," read a press release following her disappearance.
