Shining light on the past after dark is what the Fort Rodd Hill Lantern Tour aims to do this Saturday.

In its tenth year, the tour reenacts the daily garrison life from the 1890s to 1956. As guests are guided through the site, 18 volunteers and park staff will dress the part, wearing period uniforms, and make the past come to life in the recreated barracks and gun batteries.

The tour has been a success over the years, hosting repeat visitors year after year.
