A much anticipated study on Highway 14 will be released this fall, says the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
The study will look at improvements for Highway 14 between Langford and Sooke.
This technical study is examining potential upgrades for both the short and long term, and examining ways to promote greater transit use and encourage more cycling along the 26-kilometre route.
In the meantime, interim safety upgrades are underway at the Parkland, Gillespie and Connie road intersections on Highway 14 between Langford and Sooke B次元官网网址� with new intersection lighting and enhanced signage and delineation at a cost of $800,000.
