Saanich resident Doug Kitson, who frequents Rutledge Park to play Pok茅mon, first spotted the deceased woman at 6:50 a.m., but thought that she was asleep. He said a blanket covered the woman, who was not wearing shoes. When he returned later Monday morning, she was still there, he said.
