LangfordB次元官网网址檚 Crossing at Belmont (955 Reunion Ave.) welcomed its first tenants Wednesday, with residents moving into the collection of 156 rental homes, all within a 24-acre master-planned community featuring condominiums, townhomes and rental apartments, as well as 160,000-square-feet of retail and commercial shops in Belmont Market.

Earlier this year, the City of Langford supported and partially funded the initiative, offering a $5,000 subsidy to developer Ledcor for each rent-to-own deal made with residents.
