View Royal residents are invited to attend a public hearing on a proposal to rezone property at 33 Helmcken Rd., part of the Eagle Creek Village development, on Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 7 p.m.
The change in use would allow for an animal hospital, a small and a large daycare, a garden centre, a hospital, a lab facility and a pharmacy. If unable to attend the hearing, residents may submit written submissions at the town hall, 45 View Royal Ave., before Oct. 6.
