A Saanich familyB次元官网网址檚 beloved dog is still missing after escaping and being hit by two vehicles.
His owners have been searching for the five-year-old Great Dane cross since Dec. 12, when he ran away from a home in the 4000 block of Carey Road.
Deborah Hicks, the mother of RoscoB次元官网网址檚 owner, pleaded in an email for help. The dog is sandy blond with a curly tail and weighs 120 pounds
B次元官网网址淲e are begging the public to look in their yards as he will be taking shelter somewhere. He was seen with a limp but heB次元官网网址檚 moving so he could be on his way home,B次元官网网址 Hicks said.

In the week heB次元官网网址檚 been missing, she said theyB次元官网网址檝e heard of two possible sightings on Burnside near Wilkinson. But she warns that Rosco should not be approached by people he doesnB次元官网网址檛 know, since he wonB次元官网网址檛 be thinking properly if heB次元官网网址檚 injured.
B次元官网网址淲e have been out day and night searching every single spot we can get access to, not only there but all of Saanich and towards Central Saanich as that is his home,B次元官网网址 Hicks wrote.
Both ROAM and FLED, organizations that help reunite pets with their families, are helping look for the dog.
B次元官网网址淭he amount of people who see the social media posts and go looking by themselves has been overwhelming. We hear people call out his name wherever we are searching,B次元官网网址 Hicks said. B次元官网网址淚 have kindhearted strangers calling and messaging me asking how they can help and where to look. The support has been so comforting as we know there is a better chance of finding him with help.B次元官网网址
