Officials are continuing their concurrent investigations into the serious rollover crash that claimed a life of a woman in her 70s and sent four others to hospitals with some having life threatening injuries.
The multi-vehicle collision happened July 17, just after 8:30 a.m., along the southbound lanes of the Coquihalla Highway 5, south of the Portia brake check.

Both adults were air-lifted to Lower Mainland hospitals. At last update, both the man and woman were in emergency surgery.
One of the two children was taken to BC ChildrenB次元官网网址檚 Hospital in critical condition, while the other was taken to an area hospital with serious but non-life threatening bodily injuries.
No further information is expected to be released by officials.
For the morning, both directions of the Coquihalla were closed and later in the day northbound lanes were opened, but south remained closed for most of the day.
