After hours of police presence, VicPD took a man into custody shortly after 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Burnside Road and Carroll Street area of Victoria.
Police were called to the 3100-block of Carroll around 9:15 a.m. on Dec. 5 for a man who breached probation.
B次元官网网址淪afety is paramount,B次元官网网址� Const. Matt Rutherford, VicPD spokesperson, said of their efforts to peacefully arrest the man. Officers and negotiators were on the scene after man breaching probation refused to leave an apartment.
The incident remains under investigation.
