Saanich police are contemplating charges under the Motor Vehicle Act against a 22-year-old woman from Richmond following a collision Wednesday morning in Saanich that sent a 58-year-old Victoria motorcyclist to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The woman was travelling in her car westbound on Royal Oak Drive when she performed a U-turn near Smokey Smith Place in front of the manB次元官网网址檚 motorcycle also travelling on westbound. B次元官网网址淭he motorcycle struck the driverB次元官网网址檚 side of the car,B次元官网网址� said Sgt. Jereme Leslie of the Saanich Police.
B.C. Ambulance crews carried the man to hospital.
The incident happened at around 8:30 a.m. and impacted traffic for about an hour.
