Kenneth Jacob Fenton will learn his fate on June 29 in Western Communities Court in Colwood.
The Langford man, who last month relating to the April 2016 death of West Shore RCMP Const. Sarah Beckett, will be sentenced later this month on counts of impaired driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death.
The first charge comes with a maximum sentence of life in prison, but many factors will be considered in the decision.

Fenton is also facing charges relating to an , just a few weeks after his fatal crash with BeckettB次元官网网址檚 police cruiser.
According to court records, he is charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm, causing an accident resulting in bodily harm and flight causing bodily harm after a single vehicle crash on Goldstream Heights Road in the Malahat area.
For those charges, heB次元官网网址檚 scheduled to appear in a Duncan courtroom on June 27.
