Robert J. Iverson faces two counts of theft after being arrested Nov. 8. The West Shore RCMP Street Crime Unit arrested the Langford 34-year-old after police began investigating a higher than usual number of theft from cars. There were 142 reports this year between Oct. 1 and Nov. 8, according to police. There were 50 over the same period last year.
Iverson is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21.
