Several homes in EsquimaltB次元官网网址檚 West Bay neighbourhood sang their swan song last week to make way for a .

Known as Triangle Estates, the rezoning application includes 85 residential units, four live/work units and a mix of commercial and office space in a collection of lots between Head, Gore and Lyall streets. Nine properties were purchased to make way for the development.

The project was to be considered by the townshipB次元官网网址檚 advisory planning commission Tuesday.

Coun. Dave Hodgins said the public will still have a chance to weigh in on the application before council approval.
