Discipline hearing for former VicPD chief to start in January

After multiple delays to allow former Victoria police chief Frank Elsner time to secure legal representation, dates have now been set for his discipline proceeding under the Police Act.

The Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner announced today that ElsnerB次元官网网址檚 case will come before Discipline Authority Ian Pitfield starting on Jan. 15, 2018 and is scheduled for four days. It is not open to the public.
