A dash cam video shot by Amit Arya shows how a Sports Utility Vehicle hit a cyclist Friday morning.

The incident B次元官网网址� recorded near the border of Saanich and Victoria near the Cedar Hill Recreation Centre B次元官网网址� saw the vehicle driving away, without looking after the cyclist, who appears to have suffered no major injuries.

The Saanich B次元官网网址 has reached out to Saanich Police Department for additional information about the incident.
