Afternoon crash on Goldstream Ave. snarls traffic

Crews are responding to a motor vehicle incident on Goldstream Avenue in Langford.

Unconfirmed reports that a scooter was struck near Wale Road. The driver was transported to hospital with undisclosed injuries.

Traffic was breifly closed in both directions on Goldstream Avenue between Veterans Memorial Parkway and Wale Road, causing a number of lingering delays.
