Colwood will shuffle staff after chief administrative officer Rob McPhee resigned in mid November. Citing privacy concerns, Mayor Carol Hamilton would not divulge McPheeB次元官网网址檚 reason leaving. She did say that when McPhee started about two years ago he made it clear he only intended to stay for a short period.
