Why? Perk Avenue Caf茅 was designed to be a community building space, inside the community-focused grocery store Quality Foods. So when the store hosted its grand opening in May 2023, it was a good sign that construction workers putting the finishing touches on Royal BayB次元官网网址檚 Commercial Commons (in other words, literally building the community) put down their tools and picked up a cold one at the brand new community hub.
