West Shore RCMP is appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage of an incident between a mobility scooter and a SUV on Monday (Oct. 14).
The RCMP's traffic unit responded to a report, at approximately 3 p.m., of a grey SUV which police say may have made contact with a mobility scooter while pulling out of a retail parking lot in the 700 block of Goldstream Ave.
It is alleged the driver of the mobility scooter may have caused damage to the hood of the SUV with his fist, after the possible contact.
Police have asked anyone driving in the area on Oct. 14, between 2:45 p.m. and 3:15 p.m., to check any available dash cameras, as they may have captured footage of the incident.
