Brown attributes the recognition to the VAA team's dedication and commitment. 

The CEO highlighted some of the reasons VAA was selected as one of B.C.B次元官网网址檚 top employers B次元官网网址� online recognition program (KUDOS) where employees receive 100 points that can be redeemed to gift to colleagues with products and gift cards; tuition subsidies for courses at other institutions for employee development; and retirement planning services, including generous contributions to a defined benefit pension plan.

B.C.'s Top Employers, now in its 20th year, is a special designation that assesses organizations based on eight consistent criteria, including workplace culture, benefits, vacation policies, employee development and community involvement.
