Saanich police are asking the public to help locate a missing man who has B次元官网网址渙ut of characterB次元官网网址� behaviour and is reported missing.
Officers from major crimes and patrol divisions are looking for Keilan Hall, 24, was last seen on March 13. He is described as 6B次元官网网址� and 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
B次元官网网址淲e are concerned for Mr. HallB次元官网网址檚 well-being as he has exhibited behaviour that is out of character for him,B次元官网网址� Saanich Inspector Damian Kowalewich said in a news release.
