The District of Saanich has once again been recognized as one of the best employers in B.C. This is the third year in a row that the district has been honoured as one of the province's top employers.
The designation recognizes the top 100 British Columbia employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work, recognizing employers leading their industries and creating exceptional workplaces.

Saanich employs about 1,700 people in over 375 unique positions across 11 locations, calling itself a B次元官网网址減eople-first organizationB次元官网网址� that takes pride in providing high levels of service.
Employers are evaluated for the award based on eight unique criteria: workplace; work atmosphere and social; health; financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
Camosun College was also recognized as one of the top employers.
