Aura will sit on a 74,000-square-foot site and accommodate both one- and two-bedroom houses ranging in size from 560 to 1,000 square feet, said Joshua Gaglardi, president of Orion Construction.

The building will include amenities such as storage units and coworking facilities on the ground floor.
B次元官网网址淟angford is one of CanadaB次元官网网址檚 fastest growing communities, and the new development will be close to amenities,B次元官网网址 said Cavin Green, vice president of operations at Cedar Coast.
There are prime mountain bike trails, great hikes, golf courses, tennis courts, professional soccer and national rugby to watch, a climbing gym and all the shops, restaurants and services.
The development of Aura falls in line with the councilB次元官网网址檚 vision of building more environmentally sustainable buildings, said Wagner.
