It is truly distressing to behold certain citizens of our great country aping the behaviour of the disgusting hordes of ignoramuses who seem determined to turn our southern neighbour into a theocratic fascist oligarchy, and who are in fact well along the road to so doing. I refer to the tiny percentage of our nationBԪַs truckers (and others) who currently infest our nationBԪַs capital.

Turkey Head must be renegotiated to include First NationsBԪַ vision for Oak Bay Marina as it was initially a First Nations village and we need to honour this fact by bringing their voice to the table, starting from the planning stage.

In regards to dogs being required to be leashed at Willows Beach, I propose that the word BԪַleashedBԪַ be changed to BԪַunder control.BԪַ This allows the majority of our pets to enjoy the freedom to play, to explore, to chase a ball or stick supervised by their owners who likewise enjoy meeting friends and walking the beach.

Re: The ongoing crisis concerning the loss of family doctors and walk-in clinics. I was both saddened and disheartened to see the media interviews with Dr. Matthew Ward, medical director of the Eagle Creek Medical Clinic, concerning the loss of two family physicians from the clinic.

IBԪַm writing to express my concern over the proposed removal of mature trees located at Hamsterly Beach, Elk Lake. After communicating with Saanich Parks operations supervisor, IBԪַve been informed that the proposed removal of potentially 22 trees is to make way for the construction of a new washroom facility.
