Amateur shooters are being invited to submit images featuring the vibrant local arts scene and local heritage in the West Shore Arts CouncilB次元官网网址檚 Summer Photo Contest.

B次元官网网址淲e are the lead advocate for public understanding of, participation in and appreciation of the arts culture and heritage for the West Shore,B次元官网网址� said council executive director Laura Davis.

B次元官网网址淲e want to interact more with the community and felt this was a way to reach out and connect with photographers of art.B次元官网网址�

Applicants may submit a maximum of three images, featuring anything from architecture, dance and performance to music, sculpture, painting or even local landscape.

Photographers of the top three images selected will be awarded cash prizes of $200 for first place, $100 for second and $50 for third.

The winning images will be featured on new promotional material for the Arts Council, including rack cards, signage and online.
