Louise Rose plays benefit concert

Victoria-based musician hosts concert to help the Good B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ· Choir

Composer, recording artist, communicator and motivational speaker Louise Rose and friends will play dress-up for the Victoria Good B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ· Choir.

The audience is invited to come in costume B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·“ maybe win a prize B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·“ and join Rose with Jamie Hillier and Sing Your Joy. All performers are donating their time.

The Victoria Good B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ· Choir is a true community choir and is accepting new members. Rose has been the choirB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s accompanist, music director and arranger since she founded it as a project to raise funds for Claremont secondaryB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s theatre program in 1997.

The event happens Nov. 5 at 7:30 p.m. at the Oak Bay United Church, 1355 Mitchell St. Tickets are $20, available at Larsen Music, Long & McQuade, IvyB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s Bookstore, Bubby RoseB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s Bakery and at the door.
