Fred Penner returns to Victoria next month

Penner brings his trademark message of joy and inspiration to children of all ages

Legendary Canadian entertainer Fred Penner brings his trademark message of joy and inspiration to children of all ages to a Victoria stage next month.

Penner, known as a gentleman with an ability to make a listener feel good about themselves, brings more than 40 years of commitment, consistency and depth to a career that blends genres of performing and communication.

From hosting conferences to emceeing the renowned Polaris Music Awards and being part of the C3 Legacy Expedition supporting the truth and reconciliation process in remote parts of Canada, retirement is not in the cards for the beloved performer. PennerB次元官网网址檚 visibility has allowed him to use his voice to support organizations like UNESCO, World Vision, UNICEF, and the Canadian Down Syndrome Society.

In his television life, Penner composed the music for YTVB次元官网网址檚 Tipi Tales and is especially known for more than 900 episodes in 13 seasons of the acclaimed Fred PennerB次元官网网址檚 Place TV series - CBC (Canada) and Nick. Jr. (USA). His 2018 Juno Award winning CD project, Hear the Music is dedicated to all who have travelled with him on his musical journey. He is thankful to the generations for allowing him into their lives, listening and singing along.

Penner states his show isnB次元官网网址檛 just for kids. His goal is to make children, parents and grandparents alike feel connected and engaged during his performance. In many ways, he tries to strike a dialogue with his audience and his listeners to work together to create a moment that is both memorable and positive.
