Daniel LappB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s Joy of Life concert at the Victoria Conservatory of Music
Joy of Life has a 20+ year history celebrating life and its wonders, including humanityB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s commitment to caring for each other, the land, and the environment.
It will be big for The BC Fiddle Orchestra, who are celebrating their 30th anniversary with performances from young fiddlers, the Old-time Danceband and alumni. As always, Daniel LappB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s Folkestra! and the Joy of Life choir will perform favourite Canadian tunes. Special guests include guitar, fiddlist and Native flautist Ed Peekeekoot and country/folk singer Marin Patenaude, signed to Dallas GreenB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s label Still Records.

Victoria Outdoor Adventure Show
A chance for adventure and nature lovers to equip, explore and experience! West Shore Parks & Recreation will be full of booths on topics like RVB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s, power sports, fishing, bikes, hunting, boats, roof-top tents, adventure sports, water sports, camping, survival and e-bikes. Visitors can engage with on-site demos and interactive displays, like archery shooting with The Victoria Fish and Game Association.
There will also be door prizes, giveaways, and great deals to snag as Victorians prepare for summer activities.

Farina is bringing a night of funky tracks and mushroom jazz to Capital Ballroom sure to get bodies dancing.

Bloom! Ensemble LaudeB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s album release show
Thirty years ago, Elizabeth MacIsaac started a choir birthed out of her passion for highlighting womenB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s voices. Today, that choir, Ensemble Laude, is well known in Victoria and has performed worldwide. And now, they are releasing their first album in ten years: Vox Femina. More than 60 voices will perform at Bloom! singing songs by female composers worldwide while promoting/selling their new album.

Lamp Conversion Workshop - By Lamplit Art Society & The Community Art Hub
Ever wanted to learn how to make those funky and surreal lamps you see at local events? This is your chance! Participants need to supply their own lamp and battery pack that meets the workshopB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s requirements. There are only 12 spots in this workshop, so those eager need to act fast.
