Hockey-filled festivities have been going on across Victoria leading up to SaturdayB´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s main event, when people across Canada will tune in to B.C.B´ÎÔª¹ÙÍøÍøÖ·™s capital city as it hosts Hockey Day in Canada.
The week so far has seen kids, joined by former NHL players like Wendel Clark and Darcy Tucker, take to a synthetic ice rink at Ship Point, while the Stanley Cup has also made multiple appearances.
The Inner Harbour will be the place to be on Saturday (Jan. 20) as a public festival will coincide with the national Hockey Day in Canada broadcast.
The all-ages happenings include a pancake breakfast, hockey clinics, ball hockey, food trucks, music, the Stanley Cup, autograph opportunities and more.
