Camosun College president Sherri Bell said great educators possess many skills. A great teacher also creates a sense of community, collaboration and belonging, Bell added. B次元官网网址淚 know that at Camosun we encourage an engaged student-instructor environment and co-operation between disciplines.B次元官网网址�
She noted as an example that students in CamosunB次元官网网址檚 sociology, marketing, early learning and care, and mental health and addictions programs recently worked together on a project to study and brainstorm on solutions to the issue of homelessness in our community.
B次元官网网址淚B次元官网网址檝e been an educator my entire career. I began teaching in 1981 and have worked at all levels of education from elementary school to college and university. And I applaud all the outstanding teachers IB次元官网网址檝e had the pleasure to learn from and teach alongside, throughout my life,B次元官网网址� Bell said.
