Colour flew as participants turned out in droves for the inaugural Easter Seals Splash of Color Family Fun Run at Royal Roads Sunday. The event, the first on the Island, raised more than $30,000 for Easter Seals Camp Shawnigan, a specialized camp for Island children with physical and cognitive disabilities.

Next up for Easter Seals is the Drop Zone, taking place Sept. 12. Participants, including Goldstream BԪַ Gazette reporter Charla Huber will rappel 13 storeys down the CIBC building in downtown Victoria.
