The Greater Victoria Public Library (GVPL) is calling on authors to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its Emerging Local Authors Collection.
The collection highlights the creativity and innovation of the local literary scene, offering a space where emerging voices can be celebrated and shared.

Since its inception, the collection has featured more than 1,450 unique titles from more than 1,000 southern Vancouver Island authors and illustrators representing fiction, non-fiction, poetry, childrenB次元官网网址檚 books, cookbooks and graphic novels.

Books from the 2024 Emerging Local Authors Collection are available at the Central Branch and by ebook.
Now through Jan. 19, 2025, south Island authors and illustrators can submit their published works for consideration.
