In its first hour Camosun CollegeB次元官网网址檚 food cart sold out of its traditional wheat ramen noodles on Wednesday.

But the ramen never stopped ($10 a bowl), and neither did the lineup, as chef Steve Walker-Duncan swapped in a pot of rice noodles to go with the ramen instead. Faculty and students alike slurped ramen in the open seated lounge area of the Centre for Business and Access building.

The student-run food cart is a weekly new feature at CamosunB次元官网网址檚 Interurban campus, which is also home to collegeB次元官网网址檚 Culinary Arts program. The food cart will offer one popular dish every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at different locations around the Interurban campus.

After Dec. 6 the food-cart will go on hiatus but will return in January, likely with a taco station and then a chili bar.
