Companies across the Island waited with bated breath to hear the results of the annual Grant Thornton LLP Vancouver Island Business Excellence Awards on Jan. 24. And it was a great night for businesses hailing from the Saanich peninsula.
Four companies won the competitively contested awards. The Chamber of CommerceB次元官网网址檚 Employer of the Year, Bayshore Home Health, which serves 350,000 clients, won Health Care Business of the Year.
McTavish Academy of Art won the coveted Entrepreneur Award, and cutting-edge medical tech company Trich Analytics won in Technology. The other Saanich Peninsula winner was Urban Bee Honey Farm in the Food Production category.
Dr Jennie Christensen of Trich Analytics was pleased to have won.
