After being a fixture on the Westshore for many years Steve Drane has sold his Harley Davidson dealership to the Barnes family. The Barnes family has been in the automotive business in western Canada for the last 32 years starting with Greg Barnes purchasing a general Motors dealership in Camrose, Alberta. Today Barnes Harley Davidson is truly known as a family organization, with Brian Barnes the eldest son of the Barnes family serving as general manager. Be sure and drop by for all your Harley needs.
Another exciting business open for all is the Nest Café, the only rest stop along the Galloping Goose between Langford and Victoria. The Nest Café is the long awaited coffee shop for users of the Goose and local residents in the communities near the Victoria General hospital. Some of the many unique features include bike racks, bike tune-up and repair facilities as well as being dog friendly.
They supply fresh water and treats for our furry friends, and are open from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily.
