ThatB次元官网网址檚 why Victoria-based Woodsmere Holdings Corp. has begun construction on a new development at 3130 Jacklin Rd., near the Sooke School DistrictB次元官网网址檚 office.
President and founder Danny Jadresko said they were approached about building in Langford and after doing some research they decided to move forward with the project.

Belmont Place Apartments is being developed on roughly 5.12 acres of land. The development will consist of three 74-unit buildings with five storeys of residential on top of concrete parking structures for a combined total of 222 units.
Each apartment building will include 29 one-bedroom units, 25 two-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units with two bathrooms, and five three-bedroom units with two bathrooms, which will be maintained and operated by Woodsmere Holdings.
It is estimated that one-bedroom units will rent for roughly $1,200 per month, two-bedroom for $1,700 per month and three-bedroom for close to $2,000.
Woodsmere Holdings Corp. has completed the rezoning application and received development permits.
A completion date is tentatively scheduled for spring 2019. The City of Langford still has to approve permit plans for the project.
