The job fair on Wednesday at Home DepotB次元官网网址檚 Langford location targeted filling 22 full and part-time positions in various departments, including sales associates, lot associates, cashiers and the lumber yard, said Ashlea Pearson, store human resources manager.
B次元官网网址淲eB次元官网网址檙e looking for individuals with a great passion for customer service,B次元官网网址� she noted.
Compensation for all positions varies depending on experience and the position being filled.
B次元官网网址淗ome Depot has a great orientation program with a focus on customer service, and great training on product knowledge,B次元官网网址� she said.
B次元官网网址淲e also have a fantastic tuition reimbursement plan to support employees who want to further their education.B次元官网网址�
Employees are eligible for up to $3,000 a year in tuition during the first three years with the company, and up to $5,000 after three years. B次元官网网址淭hat helps people of all ages consider going to school to broaden their professional development,B次元官网网址� Pearson said.
