In the works for more than a year, B次元官网网址渙ur sticker is already up on the wall at the Camille Building (2469 Sidney Ave.) B次元官网网址� but building permits, leasehold improvements and that sort of thing take time to complete.B次元官网网址�

Deco De Mode describes itself as a beauty wonderland providing clients with a wide assortment of beauty, wellness and self-care services, including nailcare, Botox, facials, skincare, laser hair removal and other anti-aging solutions. The businessB次元官网网址檚 original downtown location at 1016 Broad St. has been serving the community for years, with Piloyan acquiring it in late 2007.

Building on the services provided since opening, the downtown locationB次元官网网址檚 expanding client base inspired her to offer her beauty-care options to a wider audience, leading to the launching of new outlets, beginning earlier this year with the opening of Deco De Mode West Shore, at 109 - 2849 Peatt Rd.

B次元官网网址淲est Shore is a boutique location thatB次元官网网址檚 very unique for us as itB次元官网网址檚 only providing medi spa (skincare treatment) services, while the one in Sidney will be offering everything B次元官网网址� a full-service outlet,B次元官网网址� she says.

Another unique aspect of the Deco De Mode corporate community is that it has a sister operation, quite literally, in Toronto. B次元官网网址淵ou could say itB次元官网网址檚 a family business as the Yorkville salon has been open for five years now and is owned by my sister. ItB次元官网网址檚 not a franchise or anything, itB次元官网网址檚 a family business as the Toronto shop is run entirely by her but under the same Deco De Mode name,B次元官网网址� Piloyan says.

With a staff of some 40 beauticians and aestheticians on hand, the ongoing expansion of Deco De Mode has been inspired as much by a need to keep her staff creatively satisfied as it was business growth. B次元官网网址淲eB次元官网网址檝e been in business about 15 years now and weB次元官网网址檝e grown together as a team, having grown and expanded our services as much for the benefit and interest of the staff as for the clients,B次元官网网址� Piloyan says.

B次元官网网址淢any of my staff have been with us a long time so the underlying reason for the growth is to not lose these people. We donB次元官网网址檛 want to get bored just doing the same thing over and over. As new services become available, we embrace them, allowing our staff the opportunity for continual improvement B次元官网网址� which of course also benefits the customers.B次元官网网址�
